My Keywords Research Process:

=================================================== Actually my keywords research process is nothing but the compilation of the experts technique. For this I follow the following 6 steps.

Step 1. Brainstorm: Think who is your Target Customer/Market?

    
    	i. Geographical region 
		 a. Local ? or 
		 b. National ? or
		 c. Worldwide ? 
         
	ii. Demographics 
		 a. Male/Female ? 
		 b. Age = ? 
		 c. Income = ?
Remember it for next step during research the keywords

Step 2. Search or Listen about your website for collect the keywords/ group of words idea at

 
 i. Related Websites / Forums / Blogs

ii. Ask question to your Customers about the keywords 

 iii. Ask question to your  Friends and Relatives 
 	about the keywords

 iv. Analysis your competitors keywords 

 v. Select topic of your targeted  website and search 
    into Google for collect the keywords idea
    (at the bottom-see search related)

 vi. Select topic of your targeted  website and 
     search into Wikipedia for collect the keywords
     idea

List the information for next steps during research the keywords

Step 3. Categorize: Then Categorize the collected keywords / keywords phrases.

Step 4. Research: Use Keywords Research Tools (Free tools like http://keywordtool.io/, Ubersuggest , finally use Google Keyword Planner) (Google adword paid tools)

 i. Input the keywords into the Free 
    tools as per category, take keywords idea from it
    and list it for final decision . Then

ii. Input the collected phrases into the Google 
   Keywords Planner and get idea/keywords from it. or

iii. Plug in your website URL into the Google 
    Keywords Planner and get idea / keywords from it.

Step 5. Compile: Export spreadsheets for Compile the results /                     idea and sort it by High Visitor and low Competition wise.

Last Step. Choose the Keywords , Keywords Phrases for                                        your website.
